When I became a mum, I didn't stop being ambitious.
I simply became more intentional.
Like so many women, I wanted both.
I wanted to continue growing a business I loved while also being present for the moments I knew I would never get back. I wanted my daughter to grow up watching her mum build something meaningful, not because success mattered more than family, but because I wanted her to know that women don't have to stop pursuing their potential when they become mothers.
That journey fundamentally changed the way I mentor.
